EnTrust HR Solutions: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by EnTrust HR Solutions ("EnTrust", "we", "us", or "our"), a human capital advisory and executive search firm incorporated in Singapore.

By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into any agreement with EnTrust, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

EnTrust HR Solutions provides retained executive search, human capital advisory, HR infrastructure support, and organisational development services. The specific scope of each engagement is set out in a separate service agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Confidentiality

All information shared with us, whether by clients or candidates, is treated with discretion. We do not disclose your information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. This obligation applies both ways: clients agree to treat candidate information and search materials shared by EnTrust as confidential.

Personal Data

We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Information you share with us is used solely for the purposes of your engagement, whether that is a search mandate, an advisory project, or a candidate process. You may request access to or correction of your data at any time by writing to us.

Fees

Fees are agreed in writing prior to the commencement of any engagement. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified. All fees are exclusive of GST where applicable.

Candidate Introductions

Candidates introduced by EnTrust are shared exclusively for the purposes of the active mandate. Clients agree not to engage, hire, or refer any introduced candidate outside of the agreed process without prior written consent from EnTrust.

Limitation of Liability

EnTrust acts with care and professionalism in every engagement. However, we do not guarantee the long-term performance or conduct of any candidate placed. Our liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good faith discussion will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with EnTrust following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
